Dear readers, it has been an hectic month after this year's FOSS4G in Bonn, but we eventually have found time to sit down, gather all the material and publish it on this blog post.  Our technical lead for GeoServer Andrea Aime was in Bonn and so were our technical lead for MapStore Mauro Bartolomeoli and our Director Simone Giannecchini; they gave an impressive serie of workshops and presentations on GeoServer and MapStore. GeoSolutions becomes OGC Member

Dear All, just a few words to say that we have eventually decided to become OGC Members in order to put a legal stamp on our long standing committment to interoperable solutions built with our open source products GeoServer, MapStore and GeoNetwork. In particular this year we are involved in the OGC Testbed 12 (more info here) together with our Austrian partner EOX (see the slides from the March KO meeting here) where we are doing work towards extending support for serving spatiotemporal data (expecially from the NetCDF format) in GeoServer. Developer’s Corner: dynamic raster palettes and other spatiotemporal extensions for GeoServer

Dear Reader, today we would like to introduce a new community module that we have been working on: ncWMS like extensions to perform easy dynamic mapping over raster data.
